Grinnel Design
A flower-shaped chandelier became the perfect symbol of this home. For me, this project is all about minimalism, warmth, and quiet sophistication. It’s the kind of space where you can truly slow down and rest.
The living room was our starting point. It’s not large, but perfectly sized to feel cozy, with armchairs and a built-in fireplace. Natural light pours in through the expansive glass windows that connect the living and dining areas, and the soft, light tones throughout enhance that feeling of peace. We mixed natural stone, plaster, and wood flooring to bring warmth and texture.
At the center of it all, a large wooden dining table anchors the space, a place made for long meals and shared stories. The bedrooms follow the same aesthetic: bright, calm, and restorative.
Outside, the patio continues that balance of comfort and elegance with modern furniture, stone finishes, and subtle gray tones. And in the bathroom, we added a twist, a beautiful blue-gray marble that breaks the pattern and brings a touch of unexpected vibrancy.
