Our clients sought to modernize their vacation condo in a 20-year-old building in Miami. Silvia took on a dual role as the designer and general project manager since the clients reside in Brazil and required assistance with material sourcing and contractor coordination. While retaining the existing floor finishes, she embarked on a comprehensive renovation, updating the baseboards, lighting, outlet covers, doors, and hardware to breathe new life into the space.

Since this condo is a vacation retreat, every room was meticulously optimized for capacity and short-term living. The clients’ vision centered around a contemporary aesthetic characterized by lighter colors and clean lines, reflecting their desire for a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
