In this project, we had an opportunity to use scientifically proven interior design psychology to not only update the aesthetics of this global company’s Michigan office building, but more importantly, affect the well-being and behavior of its inhabitants.
The positive effects of the relationship between employees and their environment include increased energy, uplifted mental health, creativity, focus, innovation, as well as an overall productive work environment.
We strategically approached space, lighting, color, function, and decor with this psychological understanding to achieve our goals. The end result is already being shown to enhance employee morale and engagement with the brand and culture of BASF.
